Because of the personal and sensitive nature of wellness products and our commitment to maintaining the highest standards of hygiene and quality, all sales are final.

This means that we are unfortunately unable to accept returns or exchanges on any items, whether opened or unopened. This policy helps us ensure that every product you receive has never been handled or resold, and is always delivered in its freshest and most uncompromised form.

We understand that shopping for wellness products can sometimes feel personal or even overwhelming. That’s why we encourage you to take your time, explore the product descriptions thoroughly and reach out with any questions you may have BEFORE placing your order. If you experience an issue with your order - such as receiving the wrong item, or if something arrives damaged due to shipping - please contact us within 48 hours of delivery. While we cannot accept returns, we will do our best to make it right, and evaluate the situation on a case-by-case basis.
